Journey's bigger than all of its members, every singer / performer is a legend of his own time...today another legend has to continue the band's legacy to a younger, wider, bigger fanbase globally....w/ Arnel's gifted versatility, the band is energized, croons and ROCKS more, even hitting 2x platinum w/ their latest revelation album..... awesome new / fresh hit songs on the list...Journey rocks and rule w/ Arnel Pineda!!!

Yeah, it's NO coincidence that Arnel "sounds like" Steve Perry, even Steve Augeri,but I am impressed at how he's grown with the band, livened up, and obviously acquired some confidence! But Perry will always be the ONLY 'voice' of Journey for me I really do wish they'd used a different band name when they started up again with Arnel. What Perry was, and added to the band, was MAGIC---no singer since him has done that.

You loons are too fricking sensitive about Perry.Overdoing it? please she only meant Arnel is in his own class. Just because he isn't the great almighty. Steve, doesn't meant he's not a great talent. Yet he has never compared his achievements to SP.
