Yes, I memorize corners last and then solve them first. And no, there is no problem with parity at all.

How did you approach memo? I'm assuming you memorize every sticker, since you only use two algs, but how would you memorize so many different pieces?

I memorized the stickers by labeling the faces A to L, and for edges I memorized the first face followed by the second face to make a letter pair which I used one of my images for, and for corners I labeled the corners around each face from A to E and generated a letter pair that way. This requires around 30 images for edges and 20 images for corners (more or less depending on number of cycles). That's about the same memorization (in terms of number of images) as a 5x5x5.
