How the hell do I increase the health?! :(

When I get to the door I'm going to I'm already dead because of the lack of oxygen! T-T

@RosidaI Are you playing on PC or PS2? On PC press the "Tab" button to open your inventory. There is the health section, there use the medicines :) On PS2 press the select button and follow the same. :)
