fuck Guile. He's not better than anyone. Charlie is a "guile" that you can actually win with. Guile's just plainly an incomplete character. Add Charlie, have guile sit SSF4 out. Let them both be in the 3rd itteration, but guile has already failed every charlie player you tried to use him in SF4
