Can I add any effects or letters into project? I'm looking for a good and easy software to edit my vids on windows. I use Imovie daily but sometimes have to use my Win7 and I can't find a software that will cope with my Canon's mvi files...any idea?

@stylizacje Hey. I don't think QuickTime Pro is a good option for what you've described; it's very rudimentary. Yes, you can add images and even text tracks, but it's not what I would call "easy to use." Instead, I would convert your MVI files to a format compatible with Window's default video editor, then use that. Try using the software "AVS Video Converter" to convert your MVIs to MPEGs.

@2sockzsummers Make sure you 'select all' the movie clip before you paste in the music. Also, make sure you have selected a portion of music that is the same length as the movie you are placing it in to.
