The US Supreme Court is currently considering a case that would expand the rights of individuals to corporations. The case in question pertains to political campaign contributions, but expanding the same rights guaranteed to people could open the door for some prosecutions for corporate executives who ignore the law and behave like a psychopathic entity. I know lobbying happens now and that it influiences the elections of certain political positions, but this overturn of this law will be very hurtful to this country. Well, he called it. The supreme court just killed democracy in the united states. There is now NO limit on corporate spending for the election or defeat of federal candidates. The Roberts court just sold us all down the river. The end of the American era is at hand.

What was the dollar payout for the families who were affected by this? How did the virus make its way into a vaccine? This seams more like intentional manslaughter then corporate incompetance. I love it when only one version of a story is given, without any in de3pth explanation of what happened and what the consequences were! For those who don't see how mentally bankrupt it is to think of a corporation as a person, consider the following:

* If you own a corporation, you're a SLAVEHOLDER! Think of all of the people that would go to prison, some more deserving than others!

* If a corporation is found guilty of a crime, which of the employees go to prison? Or is the corporate charter simply dissolved?

* Will real persons be able to commit the same kind of crimes like Bayer did and be just as immune to accountability?
