This 8mm home movie was filmed at the now defunct Cowboy City on Rt. 33 in Farmingdale, NJ in the late 1950s. It features my sister Bonnie and I enjoying the various rides and attractions from this pseudo-western town, which was located near Asbury Park. As a bonus I have included three Cowboy City postcards and some additional footage of me on a pony ride (location unknown). This was origiinally silent movie film so I added the cowboy inspired Bob Wills background music track.

My mom and dad worked here in the late 1950s. Her name was betty sterling. She rode horses in the shows. Thank you for this great video. Judy
