This is disgusting!

Koppel owes his 'career' and gravitas to EXACTLY the sort of response he advocates. That is - an act of war against the US by Iran in 1979. When the Ayatollah failed to evict the 'students' and free the captives within thirty days, the US should have written the captives off and bombed Teheran to rubble.

That Carter did not, led directly to the scenario v Iran and AlQaeda that we see today.

Investigating every single person that gets on a airplane. Open up about 13 dozen more government agencies. Hire a million more government workers.
