    You "resent the fact" ? I think you mean that you resent the CONTENTION. If you acknowledge that something is a fact, then you are stating that it is true.

    If this was 1963, the Colonel must have lived a very long life. I once saw him portrayed on "Little House On The Prairie", which supposedly took place in the late 1800s !!

    lol Of course he's real. I'm old enough to remember from the 1970s a little before he died that they'd show him on the tv ads when I was a little kid. I think he's one of the few southerners I ever liked as a kid and I loved KFC growing up. Not so much anymore, but it's alot better than popeyes!
