Olivier De Schutter -- UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food -- recently released a report extolling the benefits of ecological agriculture. Originally broadcast on the CBC Radio program, As It Happens (March 14, 2011), we've included visuals of the eco-agriculture work that USC Canada supports around the world.
