This is my preferred order for language learning.

I'm afraid I left some holes in my argument. Anyway, this is just practice speaking and presenting so I know it's not perfect.

  • I just watch television and movies in both languages, but even if I do not understand most of what I write it enormously enhances my immersion in the language.

One day my dream would be to learn a language. maybe chinese, with the ALG-Method, but at the moment these are my tools. I do not translate, I do not look up words in a dictionary and so on.

  • I completely agree with you. But I do a little trick, I love the Cyrillic script then I write whole pages of a book that I will listen, once I´m ready, as an audio book in its unabridged version. The same I do with my Turkish.
