Sure I don't have a problem with these questions if it is the right person asking them. If it is somebody that I know truly cares about me then I have no problem answering those questions. But if it's that awkward conversation with someone you just met or haven't seen in years then NO I don't want to answer those questions. Because they really could care less what is going on in my life all they are trying to do is make conversation.

Pretty much I would just like people to ask "what do you do for a living?" or just something more specific than just "what do you do?" and yes, Sometimes I do find it intrusive when someone asks me "What are your plans for the future?" Because It honestly puts my in a crappy spot where I have to tell them that I have no plans and basically I fail at life.
