LOL.. when they go to the hospital its like an 2hour wait (sims3 time) and at home its like 3 seconds :L:L! what do they do in the hospital >:)!

the reason sims can't give birth realistically is because a lot of blood and goop is involved and baby's are born a horrible grayish color. they turn purple then pinkish and then red until the nurses finally get them to shut up at which point the return to their normal color.
