  • hello, if you are hungry, consider drizzling olive oil on (any and all) food. it is as healthy as healthy gets, and it will increase satiety. (don't worry about the fat making you fat, it doesn't work that way)

    also, for breakfast, a healthy protein source with olive oil and the carbohydrate of your choice will also help satiety throughout the day. consider an egg or two in the morning -- the 80s idea that eggs are scary is old bad science. there is now no recommended limit on egg consumption
