What version of the game is it?

@hel389 To get Gandalf the White, you will need the power of the Evenstar. He automatically becomes Gandalf the White when activated this power in the power menu, with use of battlepoints.

@hel389 It's alright. It's been a long time that I have played the game but when you go to the powers menu. The menu where you get heal power, elven wood power, and other powers. That's where you get the power to have Gandalf become the white wizard. I think you press ~ to open up the menu faster. Make sure you put good use to elven wood and keep spamming it whenever it's available. Place the elven wood to a good area where your units go becayse It gives you very good defense to all your units.

Overall nice video. I don't know what you're talking about with the resolution, seems fine, especially compared to all the other examples on youtube.
It would be nice (yes I understand the video has to be under 10 min,) but it it would be nice if you didn't skip ahead in the game. You shouldn't have cut parts out.
