Simple & Inexpensive Homemade Security Perimeter Trip Alarm

Here I make a simple perimeter alarm using a rat trap, fishing line, black powder percussion caps, and a couplee nails.

Great for use around a camp site and alsoaround a garden to scare the critters away.

you can do the same thing with a shotgun round. empty out the shot to joke, leave it in to be serious.

you could probably replace the caps with having the nails act as firing pins and firing off some sort of .22 round... slightly more effective/deadly :D
