because the ps2's CPU architecture is completely diffrent than PC's CPUs architectures.
thats why you need a strong CPU to emulate it.

ever find out the problem ? i have editied true 59.9fps video i want on youtube, .mov files. when i put them on youtube they are 29.9 :(

@TylerTron21 It's not a problem, they are simply slowed down to 30fps. SOME videos are in 60 fps somehow though...
