I suggest that anyone buying this pedal also get the inexpensive Digitech FS3X Footswitch as an accessory. The buttons on this pedal can be difficult to activate, especially in a sitting position. The FS3X make switching between models and the programming much easier, also saving wear and tear on the pedal.

Overall, this is a great pedal and very versatile. By adjusting the tone controls and gain for each model, you can get a variety of tones and make them your own. Use amp clean channel

Thanks for the warning not to ask you : ) The wah does NOT go the same speed throughout as you incorrectly stated. . You control it with your foot like you would any way pedal. He also used a VOX wah way more than the Crybaby. This pedal does an amazing job of capturing his signature tones. Your post is not based on fact . I hope people do their own research instead of be persuaded by what you wrote.

@bech2002: Which setting did you have it on for this overdriven rotary sound? I just bought this pedal last week after watching video. Not necessarily a fan of digitech but this convinced me to purchase it.

Hendrix used a Crybaby Wah pedal with the distortion provided by the pedal. This thing is doing the wah at the same speed throughout. Hendrix got screaming effects using his foot with the pedal.

If you ask me this pedal is a toy.

Digitech is very cool! The guitar playing in this vid really does it justice. This pedal does a great job for getting those old time Hendrix tones for those Hendrix cats out there. I pair mine with a good octavia octave up pedal. Tried the Roger Mayer octavia but was disappointed. The 'Fillmore Thunder' by Elite Tone is awesome the octave notes ring out clear undistorted. It rocks a groovy BC108 Fuzz in the same box. Mine was $177 I think. Well worth it!
