Interesting how poorly informed you are. Tai Ji Quan has NOTHING to do with religion. When it was invented the Chinese knew nothing of witchcraft or satanism, it isn't a part of their culture. Tai Ji is a martial art. Different religions might practice Tai Ji, but it in itself is a martial art. You are in a dream world. The only Satan that exists is you. You are insane. Just seek treatment before you hurt someone. I will discontinue this dialogue with the mentally ill starting now.

I just started doin tai chi and I have to admit I love it. It is soo calming and relaxing. I do some water tai chi in my water aerobics classes and everybody loves it. I can't wait to do it in my silversneakers classes:D

If you use this practice for evil it is Satanism and witchcraft but if you use it for the benefit of mankind how is it whitchcraft will Satan help people or hurt people? I am a Catholic and practice Taiji and there is nothing demonic bout it its not like I draw a pentagram on the floor and conjour up demons it is only a moving meditation and breathing exerciseThe key to taiji is actually emptying the mind and flowing with life force energy around us all Which we are made of I might add God Bless

Fool! august it is not witchcraft! it is a martial art and it's belief come from nothing of satan. why are you even worrying of such a creature if you believe in god? dont you believe your god is mightier than the devil? if so do not judge on which peoples martial arts, jesus never did that. Excellent! Last october I fractured my spine was in hospital for a time and came out with an extension brace and not walking too well. I had always taught tai chi and suggested to my class that all I could offer was seated tai chi/qigong also for wheelchair bound. i found that seated was very good for beginners too as they didn't have to worry about feet. Another very sucessful programme from you.Yes lovely music. Pam

Thank you Pam! This video is based on my 12 years teaching for the seniors of Cigna HealthCares. Many of them have difficulties to stand on feet for hour-long tai chi practice. It is a gentle yet very effective workout:-)
