Aikido Montreux has created an Aikido program that inspires
youth and assists in their self development. This program is
designed to present exercises that aid to develop the capacity
to stay calm in crisis situations, creatively adapt and discover
holistic solutions in the midst of conflict, and to recognize the
connection between themselves and the larger community.
