@TnseWlms Agreed...at least Six Flags continued on the Marriott tradition of branding Great America (and later their other parks) with the iconic Looney Tunes characters. The Peanuts gang seems out of place at Great America in Santa Clara.

@1987tvfreak This 1982 *Marriott's* (not Six Flags) Great America commercial likely aired in both the Chicago and San Francisco markets, for both Great America parks in Gurnee, IL and Santa Clara, CA. The only part of this commercial unique to Gurnee is the American Eagle, so the San Francisco market likely got a slightly different edit. Marriott normally produced identical commercials for both parks.

After growing up there under Bugs Bunny and Marriott, it's hard to imagine the park today being hosted by Lucy and Snoopy.
