First of all I hate to see anybody hurt at all , however if Mohammeds buddies are all in a known terrorist group and hates Americans, chances are he is one of them and may have information that could help save innocent lives. I don''t have problem with waterbording or sleep deprivation to get info. There are much much worse forms of interrogation used on people all over the world and throughout history. Would you not kick the shit out of someone who threatened somebody you love?

I would argue Miller's premise that waterboarding hasn't killed anyone, because Reagan had people that waterboarded Americans executed, because Reagan considered it torture.

The other stupid thing about Miller's point was summed up by Jesse Ventura, give him a waterboard and an hour with Dick Cheney and Cheney would confess to killing Sharon Tate, because you'll confess to anything to stop from being drowned.
