The National American debt, is not a debt to other countries, but a debt to the private reserve bank itself. The cartel of international banks which are the federal reserve are the ones who are owed Amcerican taxpayers dollars.

I don't buy this part. As long as you have central control and gov't being "the bank", you're going to have an incremental slide into the same old situation. You need to separate the idea of money from the idea of control and power over everyone through law. People create value, so they create money and credit. The development of money is like the development of language - organic, not by gov't fiat. The gov't should be dependent upon the people for money, not vice versa.
