Power circuits are used to condition the power athlete. The cicruits are comprised of power and strength movements. They develop good anaerobic capacity and mental toughness. They are also great for developing technique with Olympic weightlifting. Wes Stockbarger, one of our post-graduate throwers demonstrates. Please visit www.purepowerathlete.com for more detail.

  • if you are not able to do pull ups what are some other things you can do instead

  • @TheJuggernaut64 You can try inverted rows, bent over rows, pull downs, etc... I would pick an exercise that helps build your pull-up.

  • No I'm still a junior in hs. That gator camp just got fed up with all of us in that heat, I wasn't bothered by it but coach fryer and addazio just said look I'm not gonna coach effort anymore, ur here to get better. Dammit thts what I did. I'm big enough, I got the potential. I just gotta keep at it

  • @Acewoopin7 Well, it sounds like the athletes and not the coaches then. We run camps to help young athletes get better. If you all don't bring your best effort we can't control that. You get out of life's experiences what you put into them.

  • UF doesnt coach effort... thats the no.1 thing i learned at their camp this summer.

Hopefully i'll be back down there in that unforgivable heat goin back at it as a player for coach meyer

  • @Acewoopin7 Are you serious?!? We coach the heck out of effort. You'll find out if you're actually good enough to be a Gator.
