The version by Nine Inch Nails is immensely superior, this is nothing but lame. The lyrics are the only bit in this worth something, and that's exactly what NIN preserved for their version from this.

@AnnoNihilus NIN are just metal for pretentious pop-haters who can't bear to admit they like mainstream metal so hide behind the industrial moniker. I just listened to their version and it's typical of the 90s so-called industrial habit of distorting everything so much so people can't hear how tame their programming and sounds really are. Only lame industrial metalheads will remember that version. Only reason anyone would prefer NIN over Soft Cell is if their brain is a taste-free zone.
