Skyrim - "Quest for the Best' - How to get the Best [400 Damage, 1800 Defense] [HD] /w Commentary

This is a guide on how to get the best in the game.

Armor Rating = 1800+
Sword = 490 + 30 Fire + 20 Absorb.

*To get higher than 490, Make a ring with one-hand boost, I decided not to.

GUIDE:

You will need:

Level 100 Alchemy
Level 100 Enchanting
Level 100 Smithing
and Your Preference of
Level 100 One-Hand
Level 100 Two-Hand
Level 100 Heavy Armor
Level 100 Light Armor
Level 100 Archery

Alchemy:
To make the Blacksmith and Enchanters Potions:
Blue Butterfly Wing.
Hagraven Claw
Snowberries
Spriggan Sap
and
Blisterwort
Glowing Mushroom
Sabre Cat tooth
Spriggan Sap

Blacksmith:
10 Ebony ingots and The Potion

Enchanting:
10 Great Soul Gems or Black Soul gems
Your Enchantments
The Potion

TO GET BEST EFFECTS. USE ALCHEMY AND BLACKSMITH BOOSTING ARMOR THROUGH ENCHANTING. ONLY WAY TO GET 30% ENCHANTING POTION AND 120% BLACKSMITH POTION

@kentownage Obviously, lol. It's not a glitch, mod, cheat, etc. so this stuff couldn't get patched either since it's not a glitch or anything. So, yes, it also works on 360. :)
