Overall the video is 'good', all things considered. However, I find all the talk of symbols misleading since it gives the impression that Flash symbols can be created in Illustrator and imported as such into Flash - which would allow setting up you Flash file directly in Illustrator

@AeSideFX: Uhh...you can set up Flash symbols in Illustrator. And, the video was "good" all things considered? Dude, it's a free tutorial!
