Before Installing XP SP3 with AMD Processor

This video will explain what to do when you got an AMD processor and want to install XP Service Pack 3. Usually, when people have AMD processor, some key called intelppm corrupts their computer and it automatically restarts every time on boot.

really, why would you do that. Didn't your CPU came with a heatsink, and you don't have to change it. And besides, the heatsink isn't something that is computer controlled. You just replace the processor (CPU).

Thanks for the video,it helps me prepare for the install of SP3. I have an AMD HP Pavilion and am glad I didn't rush to install XP SP3. I'm going to hold off a little longer, but now I won't be surprised. I'll even take my usual precaution of making a current clone of my HD before I do anything.
