mind you, a lot of drs in third world countries dont have the equipment to hand - would be a labour of love, but real contribution to medical practice to get a channel together for all of these sorts of tests, and advertise it on medicins sans frontieres or something similar

there is an amazing range of variant in this test across the internet - country to country as well inter hospital - one guy is 'palpating' and asking if theres any pain, another guy is squeezing real hard and asking if there's any pain - insist on a scan!

well in the beginning he did say it has fallen out of favour, but this is something you need to do for exams to show the examiner you know it exists!
