17.2 hand Warmblood gelding for sale, past Canadian Royal Mounted Police horse, 10 yrs old

Nickodemus is a 10 yr old gelding that stands 17.2 hands. (I measured this horse and yes, he is a true 17.2) Ready to compete training level. could easily go first level in a month or two. Good canter transitions/naturally round canter. Very obedient and willing. Would be a great first horse for somebody, but fancy enough to win! Not nervous, perfect for an amateur wanting a competitive dressage horse. Comfortable gaits, come practice your sitting trot! Nick is out of a Thoroughbred mare and by Percheron stallion.
