This large Eastern Painted Turtle (approx. 12" shell length), found a spot in our yard as her nest for her eggs. (4 eggs were counted/from a distance- could be more when they hatch)
Researched more and have protected the nest/eggs from predators(raccoons-possums, etc) Still in same location, no need to move them.
Hatching may occur late summer or early fall.
Follow up video scheduled for hatching.
