the barrè is that when you have to put a finger in the WHOLE fret???? if so, i need some tips with this.....its really hard!

If you mean kind of use your finger like a capo, then yes, that is a barre'. if you're having trouble, maybe just put the end of your thumb on the back of the neck and sort of do a pinching action. like your pinching your guitar's neck. That's pretty much the best way I can describe it. Good luck!

umm, u will get used to this after like 5 months of playing, practice it on the higher frets, cuz it a bit easier there, such as frets 5-9, and also, on a normal acoustic it harder than electric, so if u master in the acoustic, u wont have a problem in electric

It isn't a pedal but a digitalized guitar effect too complex to redo easy and the same. Maybe you should try a distortion pedal.
