This video was directed, filmed, produced, edited and starring Kie Willis. Also featured in the video are Will Sutton, Tim Shieff, Pip Andersen and Karol Mitcha. The whole video was filmed on a Canon 550D with an 18-55mm and 50mm lens. It was edited using CS5.5 Premiere Pro and After Effects, and colour corrected using Magic Bullet Mojo and Colourista. The time lapses were all shot in RAW format and imported into Photoshops RAW editor to batch edit them. They were then imported into After Effects to make the final clip and then colour corrected in Premiere to match the rest of the video. Thanks to everyone who helped to make this especially Will! dude dont give up on parkour! 18 is an even better age to start then 13 because of your body - there are traceurs out in the world who started doin parkour and freerunning in the age of 43. i know some of them myself and they are awesome at it! - if parkour is fun to you and u enjoy doing it go for and stop comparing yourself to the younger traceurs its a thing you do together and not against
