For people curious, no, it's not a Sent Only combo. With adjustments, this combo can work on Arthur, or anyone. TAE's have 0 combo deterioration, and L/M/H rocket punches subtly adjust height, so there's never a situation where the combo will legitimately fail.

It's just a little harder, the smaller the target is. I would suggest changing the M after the double jump to an L, though, so it doesn't wiff small characters that are too low.
