Sorry for the crappy, and it synced up just fine before youtube got ahold of it.

For my YouTube debut, I've decided to jump into the fray about agnosticism. Is it weak atheism? Does it say more about the nature of god than the nature of man? And what about the nature of knowledge itself? Is there knowledge we no can has?
I try to find out, and what I find out is that I'm not nearly as good at finding things out as I'd like to be.

  • @zackthegoth That's a failure of logic. I will use your logic to defend my atheist stance... "Well, I am an atheist, and God is NOT happening today. Watch the murder, rape, lies, scandals, wars, theft, hatred, etc on the fucking news!!!". Do you see how my sentence has more weight than yours because I gave examples? Both are failures of logic because that's not a determining factor for detecting the existence of a God. But you're a christian so you're not going to get this...

  • well I am a christian, and God is happening today. watch the fricken news!!!

  • I like this video....but i'm agnostic because with all these claims in gods over time....I think it could be possible that there is a creator of everything. If there is one I don't think it has a vested interest in us though. I can't commit to atheism because it's just hard for me to believe we just happened and i guess hard to swallow. But mainstream religion is bullshit and yeah if there is no interest in us as far as the creator goes (in us) what does it really matter anyway i know...

  • i like this video a lot, but what im thinking people refer as 'unknowledgeable knowledge' is questions such as 'how can you prove god does or doesn't excist?' also 'what happens to your spirit/soul when you die?' it basically involves things that you cannot detect physicaly but only faithfuly/mentaly

  • Thank You So Much I Was Wondering What Kind Of Religion That Was, You Explained It Very Good

  • great video, plagiarizing Wikipedia so you don't have to lol. I said the exact same thing about "unknowable knowledge" its a self refuting concept.

  • I used to be an agnostic but I hated it because nobody would call me a god damned agnostic. Now that I have changed to an atheist, every thing is more fun! They all call me a god damned atheist. My atheist an friends and Christian friends alike. Both are literally correct.

  • I am true agnostic. Not the made up altered version people use. Near the end of the video you went on a short rant about unknowable. But there are unknowable things that cannot be denied. Such as what we we before we were born? What happens to us if anything when we die? Thes are in fact 100% unknowables. So I believe I just proved that unknowables do exist and in turn agnostism does make sense.

I reallt like the video. At least you did research.

  • If the "g" is silent in "gnostic", why is it pronounced in "agnostic"?
