get a chair n put on foot for just a lil support and do da rest with ur upper body thats how i improved i used the cahir and did 15 each set and then now i can do 5 unassisted

Great outlook!! As for the pull ups..I just loved that you put that out there. Hey we all have a ways to go.I believe I have the same bar in my son's room. A ways back I would use it on the floor as a push-up aid. Guess what..I'm sending you a video response. (smiles)

Way to go, I never could pull myself up at all back in high school and I'm sure I'm worse now! One day I'll work on that but for now I want to be focused on getting to my goal weight. :o) Oh man sorry about the stress. It does seem like stuff like that has to happen all at once!

Michael, try watching the Youtube vid entitled Evolution of Pull ups. You're going to have to try for chin ups first. Good luck with your journey!
