This fire engine was for many years the main fire truck of the German Fire Company in Valparaiso, Chile where all the main foreign comunities founded theirs own fire stations more than 150 years ago, so, in the XIX century the German flag was not yelow, red and black, instead was white red and black so the paintwork try to match to the old German flag colors.

Yes, it´s the C series model cab introduced in 1957 by Ford, but it wasn´t only popular with American La France, is a model very used by almost all the american manufactures
