Every day more and more Obama supporters are coming out of the fog and asking themselves, what have I done? I have yet to hear it going the other way around.

You'd be surprised how many people were fooled by Obama's rhetoric. Rhetoric is a tool that can be used to give strength to an important message; Obama has abused rhetoric to make nothing sound like something. Maybe you should stop listening to how he says it and instead to what he's saying. If a man lies and twists the truth, hangs around people that ought to be shot, and waits until you're not looking to do something, how can you trust a single word he says, be it a lie or the truth?

I couldn't agree more with what you said. The reason why I can not listen to the Neocons on the radio is that they should have been every bit as critical on Bush every single day for the things you mentioned. It's exactly why I am a Libertarian now instead of a Republican because they play the phony 'left vs right' paradigm talking about how they love the constitution but if that's true, you follow it 100 percent of the time. Not just when your party isn't in power.

The Constitution was annulled shortly after 9/11. I didn't hear any protest then. I didn't hear any protest for Bush's entire term. Who created the DHS? Bush.

If you're going to call Obama on constitutional violations, that's fine with me. Repeal the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, the Homegrown Terrorism Act, reinstate habeas corpus, posse comitatus and stop wiretapping, kidnapping and torturing and I'll believe you're not a hypocrite, yapping about the Constitution for ratings.
