  • I am sorry to all of those I offended. I guess it was a trio. However there were mariachis that day. I remember a big guitarron sitting next to the bathroom door. I guess I was confused and wanted them so badly to be mariachis but alas they were just a trio. ::sigh::

  • The beef enchiladas here are the best I've ever had!

  • @merotubero And are you trying to imply Mexico is taking over south Texas? lol...Hispanic population is increasing last I checked, not Mexican population since they are no longer Mexicans.

Do I have to explain what the lines on a map mean now to you? Look, mommy and daddy can teach you things and it's good to listen to them, but to come on youtube and attempt to bark that racist crap that you grew up with lets us all know exactly how intelligent you are is not wise. "the take over" lolol

  • @merotubero So you agree the origins of a word or phrase doesn't matter in relation to how people in a certain area say it since culture and society dictates what is said and not a dictionary. Then why are you arguing with me and correcting the video poster, since you apparently agree?

And as for where you live, it's a shame you don't have enough pride in it to voice it here.

  • @fatsomamacheese

Check the video again. The man to the right is none other than Mr. Roberto Solis who along with his brother Chepe formed a group called "El Trio de los Hermanos Solis" in San Antonio. These people did give a crap.

Last, don't worry where I live; instead, worry where you will be living in the not so distant future.

The debacle of the stoned yankee empire is slowly creeping from south to north; you are right, once the take over is complete, the semantics will change. OMG...

  • @fatsomamacheese I am not sure man, do you give people advice that has worked for you..?

  • @merotubero Did you look in the mirror yet and do what I told you?

  • @merotubero "If they let you in, go to Mi tierra" lol, I've eaten there probably 2 dozen times, as well as La Margarita. Are you saying they don't let white people in? Have you even been to San Antonio? And as for "Lavate el hocico cuando hables de Mi Tierra y sus famosos trios baboso"...I'll say whatever I want, but nice try lol...just because you're wrong doesn't mean you should get angry

What country do you live in? Mexico or USA?

  • @merotubero You're the dick on youtube anonymously throwing a fit over semantics. I never contradicted you on where it originated numb nuts. You still don't get it. Language evolves due to culture all the time. I'm sorry, but you need to go correct the millions of people in south Texas who call them mariachis and don't give a crap what it originated as. What am I talking about, you probably do try to do that lol...

I think a course in ETYMOLOGY would help you greatly with your attitude lol.

  • @fatsomamacheese Hi asshole, you said it al when you said you grew up in San Antonio, pinche westsider. If they let you in, go to Mi tierra and ask the musicians and they will explain it to you pendejo. The style originated in Mexico in the 40s and 50s with Los Panchos, Tres Ases, and the rest of great trios. The trios at the restaurant are proud of their heritage, and they have cultivated the style for the last five decades.
