@boblangys well the thing is i was given the phone. I dont have a sales team or reseller so i cant get a technical support thing. If i had the technical support thing i could buy the file. so i dont have the tftp server or the firmware file.

how do i put the sip firmware on here? cisco's instructions dont give me enough information...

@FireAlarmTech96 Just put the files in the tftpboot directory on the server and then tell the phones where the tftp: server is. /etc/tftpboot on the server and use the settings on the phone through the keypad to name the tftp: server address.

Your phones use SCCP or SIP? What guide did you use to configure them? I'd really love to watch a configuration video :D

I used SIP and just edited the config files for each of the phones in the root tftp directory. We had to flash them to SIP from MGCP, which was no big trick really.
