Has Chinese Democracy sold well @ all? I haven't heard much about it. Of course I don't follow corporate bands anymore. After Izzy I was done with GnR but I sure still listen to Appetite and Lies occasionally. Appetite is up there with some of the best albums ever, Rolling Stones' Exile on Main Street, AC/DC's Highway to Hell,The Clash's London Calling, it's one of the Best.Hard hitting riffs, pounding drums and great lyrics.

@JediMasterCheryl Great comment. True.

Duff said in his book that his decision to leave Guns N' Roses had nothing to do with Axl. This documentary is invalid.

@frankspencer I think I know what you are saying and I completely disagree. To me, Chinese Democracy is brilliant. It is a work of art. The level of excellence he achieved with Chinese Democracy blows me away. Sure I wish the original GNR would have stayed together and I still hold onto the very slim possibility that they reunite, but no matter what, I respect Axl Rose.

Look at slash and duff's career after GNR. Who really loved the music and who loved the fame?

0:47 made me laugh xD
I kinda feel sorry for Axl - he brought a lot of his pain from childhood to the band which, initially was fuel to propel them but then allowed it to turn on him creating someone, neither he or his mates, could recognize any longer. I feel for that.
