The voice over was not able to create new dialog, when his mother asked who are they? They did not have a generated response for that question. In other words it was a fake call, generated from Marks voice print, manipulated into this taped conversation. Sad but true, some people died that day, but not becuase of a plane crash. Why would someone say their first and last names to their mother. When she asks him a question of who are they after he said the plane had been taken over, rather than answer her question, he just repeats something he said before. Obvious to many this was not a real phone call.
