Mugen WIP ryu screenpack Hi-res

if you turn your volume up really high you can hear the music that is playing during the menus i don't know how to make the music louder on windowsmedia encoder
also if you notice there are a lot of dead pixels in my mugen and i would like to know how to fix that or maybe some programs that will help me make this screenpack better

P.S. My title will be Ryu's Redemption but i need a good program that i can use to create this title. this design now is horrible so im eager to find some help
