This video DOES NOT represent the views of FluxRostrum or Mobile Broadcast News. This is NOT the story that we have come to the Lakota to hear but it is a story that they want told; and that is as important as our agenda.

  • forgive me for not understanding ...but why did the scientologists decide to attend your gathering ....Surely they have nothing positive to offer so what statement are they trying to make

  • @hayyohkah You actually think we "have a voice" in this country?? As far as I"m concerned, and I live on a rez, we don't even have a ''voice'' here on the rez let alone the country. Here it is very simple. If you think it's okay to fight for the US in stealing another peoples lands or resources then you would agree it was okay for the US to occupy Wounded Knee in 1973. The two are very similar in strategy and objectives. As for speaking our minds we don't even know our own languages thanks to US

  • @wovokanarchy I know my tribe's history. It is often a tragic history, even some of our warriors scouted against other tribes. I don't live in the past but here in the present. Our Native service members serve so we have a voice in the Democratic Republic country in which we live. In the present day, they serve so we can all be free to choose, be free practice our own religion, to speak our mind, have a voice when we vote, to be educated so we can help our own people. • @RandyManSF Everyday ! Pro Patria doughboy

  • AIRBORNE! ALL THE WAY!!

  • I am so proud of that fellow solder. And I am proud of my culture. I am on my way over there. Miss the pow wows but i will return. So happy for our race an other races to get along.

  • NO matter what people say about this man always just liking to hear himself talk and likes the attention, Jon Oldhorse is a good singer. He just learned his culutre and if we all did this, what a wonder it would be.

  • @hayyohkah So your basically saying the Crow warriors who scouted for the American cavalry against the Lakota, Cheyenne, and Arapaho Nations were defending your right to free speech. The Crow warriors were defending the Lakota's freedom whether they knew it or not.

  • As a retired Army Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, I am proud of all Native American Indians who serve. Regardless of their personal beliefs, religion, and way of life, all of our Armed Forces personnel are fighting and dying for all of the citizens of the U.S.A., rights to free speech, freedom of religion, freedom to choose your own way of life. They serve so we can be FREE.
