nice video, I use the same setup you have, only I use a lodge cast iron wok, outside directly on a bed of charcoal. May I ask what brand of sauces you recommend? again, good job on doing this video, most people don't know how to propery stir fry. can you immagine trying to cook that way inside all of the smoke and ect in the house. this way you can enjoy your meal without scarificing indoor air quality. please post more videos on your stir frys!
