  • Melissa, one more suggestion: the audio in your videos is not very easy to hear. Could you do something in order to speak louder (or increase the volume of the microphone or something like that). Thanks.

  • @fishing691 I am so sorry about that. I had a different camera whose audio was even worse if you can believe it, lol. DH got me a mic, I just need an adapter to hook up the mic with the camera. Hopefully by the time I "get back" it will all be taken care of. I know it's hard to me from a laptop, especially when I am not right on top of the camera so feel free to ask me anything you didn't understand or hear me saying. :)

  • @TheBarefootWarrior ??? well it's incredible tough, especially those jump tucks and those kicking "things " LOL, my favorite was those "box jumps" I admit my step was not as high as yours :-D, I'm going to try to do workout 1 x per week, with my MB45 Kettlebell rotations for 6 week, after that I'll really be able to tell you how it went :-D, that if I still around to tell you about it :-D.....Thank you M for a great workout and thanks for sharing, I actually love the whole workout
