I think the actual case is their and watertight BUT will the US actually put themselves through the agony of what would be a VERY divisive Trial? I doubt it, they should . Imagine the USA's standing in the World if they accepted what the majority of us already believe that Bush and his administration SUSPENDED the rule of Law and committed WARCRIMES and actually put them on trial to answer for their crimes!

The issue here is the Prosecuter KNOWS that THIS case is achievable, we ALL know of the million Plus Iraqis who died during the Sanctions and War BUT as a case to be heard in a COURT OF LAW, the fact Bush committed American soldiers to an ILLEGAL WAR is the case that CAN be WON. Bugliosi has said if he was still a Lawyer he would seek the Death Penalty.

A few points.

1) If they're going to try and prosecute GWB for murder, I want to know why the rest of the congress isn't on trial as well since they all had to agree to go to war. I'm pretty sure there were a total of 3 or so congress men and women that voted for it.

2)I love how the American people have changed their opinion on the war in just a few years. Whatever is popular media I guess.

Obama could also be charged for not doing what he could do end the war based on lies. Obama, like Bush, is NOT above the law. It's not a blame game, Bush violated law by lying our country into war. And he needs to be held accountable.

Bush acted with the authority of Congress, but that war was based on false evidences, CIA and Bush administration manipulated all evidences. There were no weapons of mass destruction and they knew it, and Al Qaeda had no connection with Saddam Hussein at all. Tony Blair is being investigated these days for the same reason, but him and the idiot Aznar from Spain were just fooled by Bush and CIA.
