Shoot yourself on a differentiated backgroud, key it out, matte that on the frames and photoshop in the shadow. But I figured that couldn't be how you'd done it because the shadow wasn't a photoshop job. Film school makes you think too complicated sometimes.

Yeah that's a lot easier than my way (which was so ridiculous it's not worth it).

ill never tell......................ok you got it out of me. all i do is jump up and down and then when iam editing it take the clips were my legs arent there and speed it up
