Lisa E's POSITIVE ME

This theatrical musical about the AIDS epidemic was created by Lisa Edelstein in New York City in 1988. At that time discussing AIDS publicly was rare among the straight people and Lisa E (her Club Kid name) was exceedingly courageous to present this musical. This video was made by her friend, NYC videographer Nelson Sullivan.

I mean, my mother says if I can't deal with condoms then I shouldn't deal with intercourse. She says, if sex is a mistake(?), it's up for me, I'm missing nothing, it'll be his loss! My mother's... of course! And friends suggest I go by condoms and get used to how they feel by putting them on fruit!
