Random clips from my performance in a fiction film rooted in African Folklore. A group of slaves live on a 19th century cotton plantation in South Carolina. Trapped, the slaves begin to lose hope as their situation 'appears' helpless.

  • @AbyL97 You'd better learn to stay awake and get an education...those who forget about the past are doomed to repeat it. If you are African American and said this video put you to sleep...shame on you.You owe it to our Ancestors to respect what they went through in order for us to be free. If you are Caucasian, you never know...it could be your people next. The USA has a lot of enemies...what if they came in, conquered and enslaved whites? God forbid, no one should be treated as chattel.

  • my social studies teacher put ous 2 see this video=p

  • @royalcoils100 I would personally suggest not even using the word "owners". This legitimizes what they did and implies that they actually rightfully "owned" us. They did not. They abducted us and held us captive.

"Enslavers" is the word I use. How happy was I to go to university and have a professor say this as well, when I've been saying it for years! It at least let me know I was neither alone, nor crazy in my reasoning. They were "enslavers". "Owners" sounds legitimate and dignified.

  • damn! white slave owners were evil as hell .I refuse to use the word master, how cld any human treat his fellow man with such barbarity, u hate me bt you want me to cook your food and nurse your babies! WTF
